Adaline Star: building her own productions

Independent releases, direct bookings and virtual reality reveal different sides of Adaline Star’s work behind the performance.

Investing in an idea

In February 2024, Adaline announced two collaborations with Natasha Nice, both directed by Mike Quasar. Zack Dickson also appeared in one of the productions. The announcement placed the releases within Adaline’s own independent catalog.

She described traveling and spending her own money on productions as an established part of her work, while identifying this collaboration as a particularly substantial project. That makes the credit relevant beyond its cast: it shows her taking responsibility for bringing people and production resources together.

The decisions behind direct booking

Her self-booking announcement explained a practical change in how the business operated. She would deal directly with studios and producers, with a public booking address supplied for professional inquiries. Los Angeles became the base from which she planned the next phase.

She also said she remained prepared to travel for work, naming Las Vegas, Phoenix and Miami among the destinations. Her stated ambition was to reach more studios and find acting opportunities. These were her professional goals at that time, rather than a promise of any specific future role.

Working in virtual reality

Adaline’s Blush Erotica VR announcement identified a first solo VR production for that studio. She described the format as interesting because of its immersive quality and the different sense of closeness it could create.

The production adds a distinct format to her credits. It can be understood alongside her live broadcasts and conventional shoots: each asks the performer to relate to the camera and audience in a different way, while remaining part of the same developing body of work.
